I am, of course, a big fan of the Glance blog when it comes to customer service advice. But far be it from me to think that we are the only ones out there.

They all share pieces that will provide guidance and give you actionable steps to continually improve your customer service initiatives and programs.
Is it cheating to start off with a two for one deal? While the Salesforce.com Customer Service and Desk.com blogs are run by different arms of Salesforce, they are both very informative and worth bookmarking.
From AppExchange apps to eBooks to thought leadership pieces, the Salesforce Customer Service blog has it all. Desk.com provides easy-to-read pieces that nonetheless manage to convey a lot of information in just a few short paragraphs.
When it comes to customer experience, the name of this blog says it all: CX Journey focuses on all aspects of the never-ending customer journey. The blog is run by the vastly knowledgable, very personable Annette Franz. She’s a writer, an innovator, and a force to be reckoned with. In addition to reading her blog on a regular basis, I recommend you follow her on Twitter for more customer experience articles, tips, and customer service knowledge.
Shep Hyken is another amazing customer service expert, with years of experience and wisdom at his beck and call. Shep Hyken’s Customer Service Blog provides regular updates including customer experience thought leadership pieces, insightful customer service guest posts, and recommendations of great articles from other blogs. Shep is also a fantastic person to follow on Twitter.
Think Customers by 1:1Media provides insights from a variety of authors so you get a wide breath of customer service points of view. From a new look at customer experience to customer relationship management (CRM) tools for the contact center to the Internet of Things and beyond, you will always discover great finds on this broad-based blog.
Last but definitely not least, take a look at CustomerThink. This blog also has a wide variety of contributors, though many contribute on a regular basis. From Lynn Hunsaker to Ian Michiels to Christine Crandell and beyond, you will find high-quality authors and content that will empower you hone your customer service skills and turn your contact center into a powerhouse.
